The Indian postal department, Rajkot region signed an MoU with the Marwadi University for the professional training to the officials of entire Saurashtra.
The ‘Learnjing and Development Departement of Marwadi university conducted a training need analysis and designed an 18hrs. of instructor led experiential learning intervention named SHAPE (Skills Honing and Personality Enhancement) which commenced on 14th March 2018 for the first batch of the officers of Indian postal department, Rajkot region. 37 officers conferred with the certificate of participation after 18Hrs. of instructor led experiential training on 16th March 2018.
